If you arrive by car, you can park it free of charge about 100 m away in the public parking lot in front of the island. (In addition to this apartment there is another apartment for 2-3 people in the house, which can be booked separately with a living room / bedroom with kitchen and bathroom / toilet and can be booked together if available.

There is a café right next door with a varied breakfast, lunch and coffee menu. Within walking distance you can reach a bakery, restaurants, the mill, church houses, a boat rental, playground or the swimming area in 1-2 minutes. Werder train station can be reached by car or bus in 6-7 minutes. From here you can take the regional train to Potsdam in 9 minutes or the center of Berlin in 25-30 minutes.

The charming little town of Werder / Havel impresses with its location in the countryside and surrounded by numerous lakes. Around Werder is one of the largest fruit growing areas in Germany, where the traditional tree blossom festival takes place every year. Borrow a canoe, kayak, pedal boat or motor boat and explore your vacation spot from the water. Go fishing or cycling. Museums such as the brick or two-wheeled museum also invite you. Here you can have everything at once - nature, sport, culture and city vacation.
