Private vacation home

The old mill from 1837 was lovingly renovated in 2008 and has about 120 square meters of living space for 6-8 people. The house is quiet and alone, few neighboring houses can be reached on foot in a few minutes. House and terrace are not visible.
In front of the house is the large terrace, which offers sun from morning to evening. There is a dining area with a bench, chairs, parasol and additional seating and lounging options. When the weather is nice, you can spend the whole day into the evening and listen to the roar of the Mühlbach.
On the ground floor there is a large and well-equipped country house kitchen (hob and separate oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine) with everything you need for good cooking.
The cozy living room with a view of the mountains is equipped with a pellet stove. Here is the large dining table that can seat up to 8 people. There is a TV corner (satellite reception) with a large comfortable corner sofa.
A narrow wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. There are three bedrooms, each with 2 beds. Additional sleeping spaces can be set up for children. A baby cot can be provided.
The bathroom is spacious and has a large bathtub, shower and vanity. Another shower is in the basement next to the sauna. This offers space for 4 people and has an exit to a second secluded terrace.
At the former mill, a clear and idyllic stream flows through the property directly behind the house (since it descends steeply from the meadow to the stream, small children are not allowed to play outside unsupervised). The entire property is over 3000 square meters and consists of a meadow by the house and tree and bushy slopes: you can see all around in the beautiful nature.
There is also a WiFi connection in the house. Pets on request.

Hiking in the Berchtesgaden Alps National Park (wonderful hiking and walking trails lead right past the house!), Climbing, cycling and mountain biking, natural swimming pool Aschauer Weiher (according to SZ the most beautiful outdoor pool in Bavaria!), heated outdoor pool in Schönau, skiing and cross-country skiing, tobogganing and ice sports in winter, DAV climbing hall, Watzmann thermal baths in Berchtesgaden, salt mine, documentation center Obersalzberg u. V. M. The city of Salzburg with all its cultural possibilities is only half an hour away!
