Villa Latini is located in a village Bankovići, 10 km from the medieval town of Svetvinčenat and 15 from the largest town in the Istrian peninsula, Pula.

Within the estate where Villa Latini is located, the Stanić family runs a family business, taking care of the farm animals. Guests can taste local produce such as jams, olive oil, prosciutto ham, wine and other local products, but also participate in their preparation and processing.
The house was built in 1922 and completely renovated in 2017 and equipped with everything necessary for a sorrowless village holiday. The house consists of the ground floor and first floor, the total area is 140 m2, 3 fully equipped rooms with 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living rooms. Our guests also have free internet.
Along the gardens there is the 28 m2 outdoor heated pool, space for leisure and relaxation as well as space for a cozy get-together and barbecue.
With reservation, breakfast is also possible (offer consists of local food - Prosciutto ham, jam, homemade bread, eggs, seasonal fruits, fruit juice).
The nearest shop and the bistro are 1 km, the post office, the restaurant and the butcher shop 9 km and the sea just 15 km from Villa Latini. Just a short 10-minute drive will take you to the medieval town of Svetvinčenat, which offers a number of sights in Morosini-Grimani Castle, Escape Castle Svetvinčenat, the visitor center, frescoes in various churches, etc.
