The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and was completely renovated and refurbished in 2017. It has a size of approx. 31 square meters and can accommodate 2 people. On request, an extra bed on the couch in the living area is possible for another person. For the additional bed an additional charge of € 25.00 will be charged, which is not included in the rental price
and is payable in cash on arrival. The apartment is kept very open, the sleeping area is optically separated from the living area by a small wall. The garden can be used, seating is available. A covered bicycle parking space is also available. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the suburban area in the south of Potsdam. The city center is approx. 4.5 km away and easy to reach by bus and train thanks to the good transport connections. Rehbrücke train station is a 15-minute walk away. From here you have the option of taking the regional train to Berlin. In the nearby Waldstadt Center you will find good shopping opportunities. There is a large supermarket and some small shops.
