In the port of Pruchten you can rent rowing or small motor boats and enjoy a trip on the Barther Strom. Anglers are also catered for. Just ask for it in the port.
Would you prefer to go swimming? But sure! For the "Boddenbader" there are several options that can be reached in a 10 minute walk. For example, the bathing beach in Bodstedt, which connects directly to the old harbor. Or would you prefer the Baltic Sea beach? You can also get there by bike or car in a few minutes. It is about 7 km to Zingst.
In Pruchten you will find a baker who is open daily from 6 a.m. and offers many baking surprises.
The Boddenstadt Barth is only 3 km away from Pruchten. Here you will find all kinds of shops, doctors, authorities and banks. You should combine shopping with a short stroll through the city. Worth it !
