Apartment

Our in spring 2016 generously modernized holiday home is situated in a quiet part of town, without much traffic overlooking the sea. The village of Sukošan is about 500m and the sea about 200m from the house. The main beach "Dijeći raj" (Children's paradise) is about 300m, our self-made web away with sun deck about 200m walk.
The two separately accessible apartments "A" and "B" on the first floor, are equipped with living rooms and bedrooms, and dining room and large balcony with sitting and reclining, some of which are also oriented towards the sea.

Both apartments thus provide space for relaxation and a feeling of wellbeing.
The plot has plenty of parking (carport), space to play and a barbecue on the lower terrace for tenants of the apartment "B", as apartment "A" has on the balcony with a private barbecue. In the garden there is also a shower if a cooling in between is necessary times. Bicycles can be used with also after a short consultation.
You can shop in the same or in the numerous supermarkets (Lidl, Kaufland, Interspar, etc.) in about 10km away Zadar.
