The house nienrausch at Bird Park is a bungalow with two apartments, garden and a large front yard for residential street. The beautiful nature reserve Aalbeek lowlands with its natural landscape of reeds and the lake Hemmelsdorfer adjoin thereto. To the beach and Niendorf fishing port is about 500 m. Approximately 10-minute walk from the house nienrausch is also the next dog beach.

The bright, modern and family- and pet-friendly halter holiday home has a large front garden and spacious gardens with 2 large terraces. The newly renovated open living spaces spread through the tasteful interiors with built-in furniture designed relaxing feel-good atmosphere.
