The well-kept apartment is located right in the center of Playa de La Arena and is only a few steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The approx. 48 sqm apartment is on the 2nd Floor of a small apartment house and consists of a comfortably furnished living room, a well-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. The spacious balcony offers a great view of the sea and the beach promenade.

The living room is equipped with a pull-out sofa bed, a TV cabinet, an LED TV with cable (Spanish channels) and satellite connection (Astra, German channels) as well as a dining table and chairs.

The integrated kitchen consists of a large refrigerator, a four-zone ceramic hob with extractor hood, a mini-oven, a microwave and the usual small electrical appliances such as kettles, coffee machines and dishes.

The bathroom includes a shower, toilet and sink.

There is a shoe cabinet and a mirror in the hallway.

The comfortable equipment includes air conditioning, free internet connection via WLAN, safe, washing machine, hairdryer, iron with ironing board, including bed linen and towels.

A spacious balcony with a partial sea view offers a great view and invites you to a meal or a refreshing drink with a table and four chairs.

Various bars, restaurants, cafes and shops are in the immediate vicinity within a radius of 50 to 150 meters.

Public parking is available directly opposite the building and on the adjacent side street.

A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment (approx. 50 meters away) and offers access to public transport.

For guests who would like to explore the island, a rental car is recommended, which can also be booked directly at the airport. This also saves the costs of the airport transfer.
