A designated parking space is at your disposal.

The apartment 408 is located on the top floor • The cozy living room is furnished with a single bed, a sofa, dining table, flat screen TV • In the entrance area is the kitchen with a 2-ring ceramic hob, a microwave, a fridge, a Kettle, toaster and coffee maker. • The bedroom has a double bed, additional TV and a reclining chair. For your luggage / wardrobe storage space is plentiful. • The bathroom has a shower / toilet and hairdryer. A large towel and a small towel are provided per person • A designated parking space is available • Internet Wi-Fi, the free Wi-Fi is an additional service, we do not guarantee the functionality • Arrive and feel good! We have already made the beds for you on arrival. The total price includes a laundry package for each person traveling. This includes duvet cover, sheets, pillowcase, bath towel and towel • For early registration, a high chair for 10 € can be provided. A travel cot is located in the apartment. The linen package for your child can be booked for 12 €. This includes bed linen, 1x bath towel and 1x towel • Enjoy a beautiful sea view with passing ferries and fishing boats and a panoramic view to the seaside resorts of Binz and Sellin • You can have breakfast in the adjacent restaurants or cafe`s.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
