Malinska, 20 m above sea level. The holiday flat is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (paved, length 10 m). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Kitchenette in the living room (walkthrough room, not heated) with TV, electric cooker (2 hobs), dishwasher, refrigerator (80 l, freezer compartment), coffee machine, washing machine and access to the balcony. Bathroom (5 sqm, not heated) with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
