The apartment in the detached house offers plenty of comfort for relaxing holidays. It is equipped for a maximum of 4 guests. There is a living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette, as well as internet Wi-Fi. 2 flat-screen TVs are available.   On the ground floor is the spacious, stylishly furnished living room with comfortable, high-quality seating and a large modern flat screen TV.   Here is also a dining table with chairs. By this on, a new kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, hood, kettle, toaster and coffee machine connects. An underfloor heating system provides additional cozy warmth. Downstairs there is also a guest toilet with wash basin.   A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. Here are the two large bedrooms with king-size bed or 2 single beds with bedside tables, clock radio and spacious mirror cabinet. Upstairs also the second bathroom is with shower, toilet and vanity, it has natural light. On your arrival for an additional charge of 12 Euro per night the beds already with linen and towels are provided. A travel cot and high chair can be provided if needed like free.   In front of the living room on the ground floor is a beautiful sun terrace with garden furniture. Before that there is a nice lawn.

Welcome to the Sellin! Our modern and comfortably furnished holiday home half (about 80 square meters, 1 large living room, 2 bedrooms, separate kitchenettes, 2 bathrooms, sun terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, Internet Wi-Fi, max 4 guests) is located in a central, yet quiet location. Until kilometer-long, sandy beach on the Baltic Sea, it is from us only about 900 m. The beautiful Sellin, where our house is situated, is a UNESCO biosphere reserve Southeast Rügen with magnificent, unspoiled landscape. After a short walk from the house the famous Wilhelmstrasse, the boulevard Sellin the historic splendor villas and the many restaurants and boutiques. At the end of the Wilhelmstrasse will bring a popular lift comfortably to the sandy main beach and the famous pier. Even the family-friendly South Beach can be reached in 15 minutes on foot, or use the historic train (with spa card for free.). After a short walk through the sea world to reach the water park 'Ahoy' with water slide and a large sauna area. Shops are located in the immediate vicinity. On your arrival are gene surcharge of 12 euros per night the beds already with linen and towels are ready. A travel cot and high chair can be provided if needed like free. Rental bikes are brought at the request directly to the object. The holiday home also includes free parking on the property. Until the bus public transport stop is about 50 meters.
