The modern and comfortably furnished 3-room apartment No. 01 (Non smoking apartment) is located on the ground floor and has a floor space of about 70 square meters and offers enough space for 2 to 5 adults. All windows are fitted with blackout blinds for. The living area is furnished with a leather sofa with integrated full bed (mattress 1,50m x 2,00m), 2 armchairs, LCD TV, home theater system and a kitchenette. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and various kitchen utensils. A dining area with a table and 5 chairs. The bathroom has a shower (90cm x 90cm), toilet, sink, towel dryer and a hair hairdryer. A guest toilet with sink completes the plumbing. The two bedrooms consist of a double bed (2 x 0.90 m x 2.00 m) with bedside consoles and a wardrobe (1,50m wide) respectively. In the bedroom there is a flat screen. In all rooms a heated floor for pleasant warmth. Which belongs to the apartment terrace with patio table, 5 cane chairs with pads points towards south / west and loads of sunshine to stay. On the terrace there is a small with surrounding shrubs tightly fenced garden for single use / south facing. A private parking space is available for you in the underground garage (height 2.00 m), and a bicycle storage on the premises and in the garage. Even on holiday you need in the apartment not waive an internet connection (WiFi / LAN). This is included for you !!! A pet is not allowed in the apartment. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 15.00 € per person or supplement by own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.
