The high-quality, modern and comfortably furnished 3-room apartment No. 06 (Non smoking apartment) is located in the 1. Floor and comprises a living space of approximately 66 sqm. The living area is equipped with 2 x 2-seater, LCD TV, Blue-Ray DVD player and a kitchenette. The kitchenette is fully equipped and includes ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and various kitchen utensils. There is a dining area with a table and 4 chairs. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and a hair dryer. A guest toilet with sink completes the sanitary area. The two bedrooms each consist of a double bed (2 x 0.90 m x 2.00 m) with bedside tables and a wardrobe. One of the bedrooms has a TV.  Underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth in all rooms. The belonging to the apartment balcony facing south / west and invites you to linger in the sunshine. A WLAN connection is included for you. A private parking space is available for you in the hotel's own underground car park (height 2.00m), as well as a Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit on the site. 1 well behaved pet is welcome at an additional cost in the apartment. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for an additional charge or supplement by your own. For packages booked for 2 or more, you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
