The apartment has 2 balconies and is very generous with its approximately 60 square meters. The living room from being boarded balcony faces southwest and loads of sunshine to stay. The stunning sandy beach is only about 800 meters, 500 meters to the town center.  The bus stop of Rasender Roland can be reached in just 4 minutes, as well as in 3 minutes the bus stop of the bus. Several restaurants and shops are located in the vicinity. In bad weather, the adventure bath Inselparadies, just around the corner for swimming and relax!

An electric fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere in the living room. In the combined living area, a round dining table with 4 rattan chairs and an open kitchen area adjoins. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, additional dining area with 2 bar stools and various kitchen utensils. From the combined living / sleeping area offers direct access to the large balcony cabin layout and can in good weather, the sun (balcony southwest) enjoy.
