Our 93m ² apartment in the heart of Ulm offers three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a marble tiled bathroom and separate toilet and a balcony for up to eight people. It is only about 200m from Ulm Minster, only 250m from the Danube and just a 10-minute walk from Ulm Central Station.

The three bedrooms each offer a double bed, a smart flat screen, desk, wardrobe, various chests of drawers / shelves etc. Two of the rooms also offer a large sofa and the possibility of an extra bed (for example for the seventh and eighth person). The largest of the three rooms also has a dining table for up to 8 people.

In the kitchen, in addition to a high table with stools, a dryer, a washing machine and a wireless printer / scanner / copier, you will also find more than enough porcelain dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and many other kitchen utensils. The kitchen is also equipped with the following:

• Fridge with freezer compartments
• Cooker with hood

• SmartHome device for cooking recipes, video messages, radio etc.

From the kitchen you can also access the balcony (also with a small table and chairs).

Our marble-tiled bathroom has a bathtub, a separate shower, two sinks and two hairdryers. The separate toilet is also tiled with marble.

In addition, the following is provided free of charge:

• Towels and shampoo / shower gel (and additional ones can be found in the closets)
• Bed linen (beds will be freshly prepared for you when you move in; additional bed linen can be found in the cupboards)
• Ideal for longer stays or if you want to wash your clothes: Various detergents, cleaning agents, ...

• Coffee capsules, instant coffee and various types of tea / bags
• Fast internet via WLAN in all rooms

You will find parking spaces only about 50m away, for example in the public “Parkhaus am Rathaus” (night tariff from 7:00 pm to 9:00 am: 3 euros; daily fee: 15 euros).
