Lakeside promenade with good restaurants serving local specialties. 1 km the small village of Porto Valtravaglia, 6 km the center of Germignaga, 8 km Luino with ferries to other picturesque towns on the lake and the Borromean Islands. The parking is on the roof of the house which is at street level, ideal solution for lakefront homes. The surrounding area offers many hiking and biking trails. From Germignaga there is an 8 km long pedestrian and cycling path that runs mostly along the river bank. Possibility to order a Wi-Fi modem, a high chair and a crib (payment on site).
