The Casa Catherine is a beautiful, comfortable and single storey villa on a large plot with panoramic sea views. The villa is located in Jávea / Xàbia on the Costa Blanca in Spain. In the quiet of villas and residential district "El Tosalet" You can relax and enjoy your vacation relaxing. The private pool and the spacious and Mediterranean garden are available year-round for sole use and are protected by hedges and walls from prying eyes. At the moment you can spend your holidays with a total of 5 persons (if applicable plus a toddler) in this new, Spanish holiday home.

The area:
Jávea is one of the most beautiful and exclusive resorts on the Costa Blanca. Due to its unique location, the climate in Jávea / Xàbia is one of the best on Earth. Even in January, the average daily temperature is still 16 degrees and in summer it is rarely hotter than 30 degrees.
In and around Javea there are many coves and pebble and sandy beaches. The résidentielle coastal area is ideal to explore.
On a clear day you can see as far as Ibiza. Sun and relaxation seekers come here just to get their money, such as athletes or walkers. Particularly noteworthy are still lying around 5 golf courses. There are a wide range of leisure activities for water sports, diving, surfing, sailing, tennis, cycling, hiking u. V. M.

El Arenal with many restaurants, bars, shops and a beautiful sandy beach is about 3 km. The nearest supermarket, large Consum and Aldi, is located about 2 km away.
The old town and the harbor with its many small shops, restaurants and cafes is about 7 km away.
