The North Sea apartment in the house "Fresh Breeze" is on the 5th Floor (elevator) and has a south-facing 45m² apartment with loggia, where you can enjoy the sun all day. Here you have a wonderful view of the sea and the Wernerwald.
Our apartment is newly furnished with great attention to detail and shines with modern facilities. Simply a wonderful apartment to relax and unwind for your well-deserved vacation.
There is a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed (spring core), a dining area and a balcony with furniture. A kitchenette is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob and microwave.
The bathroom is completed with a bathtub (integrated shower), toilet and a hair dryer.
WLAN is available for free.
It is a non-smoking apartment. In the basement you will find a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee).
Pets are not allowed. Free parking spaces are available at the house. Bed linen / towels / can be borrowed for a fee.
The in-house swimming pool (8 x 17 m free of charge) and the sauna invite you to relax after eventful vacation days.
The family-friendly house also offers a table tennis room, playground and its own tennis court.
You do not need a car on site and can directly z. B. get to us from the train station by public transport.
In the neighboring house you will find a bakery and a small supermarket as well as a bike rental. Walk to the beach in 2 minutes.
The distance to the outdoor swimming pool, climbing park, restaurants and small shops is about 300 m.
