Natural stone finca in well-kept condition with approx. 140m ² living space very close to the location with a fantastic panoramic view of the Sanctuary of Santuari de Sant Salvador. The city of Artà is easily reachable on foot in 10 minutes.
The finca consists of a main house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a separate extension with a bedroom and private bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
In the main house there is a spacious living / dining room with German satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen.
Numerous terraces on the house offer both sun and shade. Two seating groups invite you to breakfast and dinner outdoors.
A pool (9m x 5m) with an outdoor shower and six loungers rounds off the relaxation offer.
The beaches of Canyamel, Cala Mesquida, Cala Agulla or Cala Torta can be reached in just over 15 minutes by car.
This also applies to the golf courses: Pula, Capdepera and Canyamel. The golf course in the Costa de los Pinos takes about 5 minutes longer.
