The apartment house has 3 floors with elevator and underground car max. Height 1.50m. In the other wing of the house, the Hotel Castle is with double rooms. The spa area of the hotel can be used for a fee, as well as the breakfast offer for 12 € per person, internet for a fee 5 € / stay

The apartment 324 is a two-room apartment with a direct view of the Usedom beach or on the wooded dune.  It has an open kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, two-plate stove and a microwave. The bedroom, like the carpeted living room, has a double bed and a desk by the window. The 3rd and 4th Person have the possibility to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.  The bathroom is equipped with tub and shower.
