Our lovingly furnished holiday home with a park-like garden is the ideal place to relax and unwind. It is located near the tranquil town of Wittmund, where there are everything for everyday needs and also some nice restaurants. The North Sea is approx. 12 km away and can be reached on good bike paths or by car.
The house has 2 double rooms and one single room. A fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room and living area. The TV room has a fireplace. The new extension is a lounge with a music system and a panoramic view of the garden. Both double rooms are equipped with TV.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub and separate toilet. On the upper floor is a small bathroom with a toilet. There is also an utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
The property is 4600 square meters and has a pond of 550 square meters in the middle. In the garden there is a glass house which can also be used as a place to stay in bad weather. You can relax wonderfully in the barrel sauna on our large terrace.
The garden is planted with selected trees and offers plenty of seating.

For leisure activities you can find a well-signposted bike network,
the Sielorte Carolinensiel and Harlingersiel are approx. 18 km away and offer a nice excursion to stroll in the old harbor, or you take a trip with a fishing trawler to the seal banks.
In Hooksiel you can enjoy the beach and the sea. In the nearby town of Jever, which is famous for its beer of the same name, the brewery can be visited and then tasted.
