Absolutely quiet and yet close to the center!

The bungalow is located in a very quiet apartment complex away from the main roads.

The apartment offers about 55 square meters of comfort, comfort and tranquility! In particular, the solid oak oak floor, the solid oak oak bed and the modern, as new furniture gives the bungalow a pleasant feel-good atmosphere.

The high-quality kitchen with granite worktop, dishwasher, oven with integrated microwave and double hob is part of the living room (30m2) and offers everything you need for cooking. Spices, oil, vinegar and supplies are available and can be used gladly. To round off the cozy atmosphere, the living room has a large sofa and a beautiful oak table with 2 chairs and an oak bench.

The double bed in the bedroom offers a lot of comfort with 180cm * 200cm. From the window and from all other windows as well as the 12m2 large terrace you have a fantastic mountain view.

From the bedroom you enter the bathroom with bath and toilet.

To the apartment belongs a parking lot, which is located in about 150m walking distance from the apartment. In front of the bungalow can not be parked, as it is located in the apartment complex.

Hikes can be started directly from the house. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance in a few minutes.

The thermal bath with sauna is about 5-10 minutes walk away.
It is also possible to use the swimming pool and sauna of the Hotel Karma Bavaria (at an additional cost). This is about 20 meters away.

In about 10 minutes you are at Spitzingsee. There you can go mountain hiking or let off steam in the well-developed ski area with more than 30 km of ski runs.
