In the middle of the quiet village Kornic, surrounded by olive groves and about 15 minutes walk from the Bay of Punat, lies this wonderful holiday home. From a charming historic farmhouse, a modern holiday home was created with loving detail, which leaves nothing to be desired. On three floors and a total of 110 m2 of living space there is space for six people with every comfort. The house was classified with 4 out of 5 stars.

The tavern, the ground floor, where olives and wine used to be stored, can be rented separately to two people as separate apartments with separate entrances. It has a large bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The shady and quiet garden is ideal for staying and breakfast outdoors. The Konoba is a great retreat for chilling and "being without parents" for older children and teenagers.

The middle floor is accessible via an outside staircase. The highlight is the large terrace with shade awning and a view of the garden. The large extendable teak table can seat up to ten people. On the large electric grill station you can safely prepare fish, meat and chicken for larger groups outdoors.

On the middle floor there is also the large dining table, sofa, open fireplace and the open kitchen with gas and electric stove, oven, dishwasher and a spacious fridge / freezer. A small guest toilet and storage room complete the offer on the middle floor.

You can reach the upper floor with a free gable through the internal wooden staircase. It has two separate bedrooms and a bathroom in between, which can be reached directly from both bedrooms. The double beds with new quality mattresses are covered with bed linen, which we of course also provide you with cozy towels. The bathroom has a jungle shower and a skylight, which closes automatically in wind and rain.

The larger of the two bedrooms has a balcony overlooking the Bay of Punat and the surrounding olive groves.

The house is air-conditioned so that pleasant temperatures prevail even on the hottest days.
