Powder room and laundry room are located off the kitchen. From the living room a staircase leads to the lower floor to two more bedrooms, each also equipped with a double bed and bathroom en suite. Both rooms have access to a nice covered terrace overlooking the sea.
From the kitchen you can reach an outside staircase that leads to the top floor to a small terrace overlooking the sea. Here is another bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite.
The sixth Bedroom is an external downstairs bedroom with two single beds and en suite bathroom and exit to the garden by the sea.

The outdoor area offers a 8 x 4. 5 m large pool with sun loungers and the marine side garden with direct access to the sea via a metal ladder. The house is built on a hillside and has several terraces with sea views.
