From the living area and the balcony, you can enjoy the fantastic view of the surrounding flora and the sea. All bedrooms offer direct garden access. The garden features a large terrace with 3 dining areas, a living area, a small swimming pool for refreshing and playing (4.50 mx 3.50 m), a ping pong table and a pool kitchen with barbeque, hotplates, microwave oven, fridge, coffee-maker, juicer and dishwasher. There is also a very large trampoline as well as a slack line hidden behind the tangerine tree and the laurel bushes. Behind the house, you will find a small boules court and more outdoor games are at your disposal.
The completely renovated villa is located in a private luxury residential area with sea pines, bougainvilleas, olive trees, oleanders and cacti, 900 meters from the beach, 5 minutes from Antibes city center and 15 minutes from the well-known beach promenade and shopping streets of Cannes.
