The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Vrbnik. The holiday home is situated on an enclosed property. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.


Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-October, 3.50 m x 9.00 m, 1.5 m deep).

In summer: Swimming opportunity 700 m in Vrbnik (beach 700 m in Vrbnik with pebbles, rocks and sunbathing platforms). Dog beach in Risika 5 km. Diving in Vrbnik 700 m.

Kitchen in the living/bedroom with electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer. Separate WC with 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 extra bed on a bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m), access to the balcony (garden furniture) and parquet flooring. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
