LOCATION:
The house (160 m² living space) is located in a very quiet cottage area on a narrow strip of forest on a 790 sqm plot on the eastern outskirts of Rerik. The western neighbor property is currently undeveloped (September 2017).



.RENTAL:
Basically, the minimum rental period is one day. Over weekends and holidays 3-5 days - depending on the season.

THE HOUSE:
It is an individually designed architect house in solid construction - very spacious and bright. The ground floor is barrier-free.

FLOOR, STAIRCASE, KITCHEN, DINING AREA AND LIVING AREA:
This is a modern spacious open area with no doors.
In the living area: three armchairs and a corner sofa.
The dining area is dominated by a table made of a solid oak plank (1m x 3m) which can easily accommodate 10 to 12 people.

KITCHEN:
Spacious, country-style kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and a wide variety of cookware. Some staple foods, spices, tea, coffee, Nespresso capsules and tea towels are provided.

BEDROOM:
EC - west room, double bed
OG - south room: double bed
First floor - dormer room (east and south): three single beds; two possible as a double bed
OG - north room: double bed, possibility to add a cot

BATHS AND SAUNA:
Showers, saunas, bathing - the large baths invite you.

HEATER:
Radiator in the three bedrooms upstairs - underfloor heating in the rest area.
In the living / dining area a stove. Firewood is provided.

THE GARAGE:
Massive garage (4.5m x 6.5m) with space for a car; Garden furniture, two bicycles and carts available.

OUTSIDE:
South-west terrace, garden furniture, beach chair, hammock, Weber electric grill, garden shower

PAY:
The price is a complete price that includes all utilities regardless of the number of people - final cleaning, electricity, gas, water, firewood, 2 bicycles, carts.
For towels and freshly made beds, the cleaning company will charge an additional 15 € per person. This position is optional; like to bring your own laundry.
The hosts are obliged to raise the tourist tax from the guests and pay them to the spa administration.
