Built in 2016 5 star apartment is located between the Old Town Holy harbor, the lake, the 5 star Marina and the extensive fine sandy Baltic beach.
The apartment stands out due to the 1A position through its open, bright, modern and spacious layout and equipment. The open hallway leads directly into the 37m large living / dining room with full kitchen and large balconies from which you can enjoy the magnificent view of the lake. The apartment is generally through the floor to ceiling windows very bright. In the living area both Flat TV waiting as stove on its use. The couch can be transformed in a few steps in an extra bed.
Also from the hallway the exclusive daylight bathroom goes off with floor-level rain shower, towel rail, shaving mirror and hair dryer.
The bedroom of the apartment located towards the marina, so you have some views of marina and even the Baltic Sea from the large box spring. Featuring unique views wait two spacious closets, another flat screen TV, and another balcony in the bedroom for you.
