The 67 m² Non smoking apartment with excellent room layout and high quality equipment offers you all the possibilities for a relaxing holiday for max. 2 to 4 adults + 1 toddler up to 3 years in travel cot. In the bright living / dining room you can in the comfortable seating with sofa + 2 armchairs, coffee table relax with floor lamp, a flat-screen TV, Blu Ray player and stereo system provide entertainment. An internet connection (Wi-Fi) is also included for you. A dining table for 4 persons is located in front of the equipped with all comforts kitchenette. Here are a dishwasher, 4-zone ceramic hob with oven, a refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee maker, toaster, kettle and many small kitchen helpers naturally present. From the living area you reach the chairs with beach chair (in season) and covered terrace (south / east) overlooking the spa park. Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box spring beds (1.80 mx 2.00 m, continuous toppers), bedside tables and ample closet space for your holiday wardrobe. The larger bedroom has an additional a flat screen TV as well as an ensuite shower room, with vanity unit, electric towel dryer, hairdryer and toilet. For a comfortable sleep, the external blinds provide. Another bathroom with walk-in rain shower, washing area, electric towel dryer and toilet is accessible from the spacious hallway area. A dryer / racks, iron and a vacuum cleaner is ready for you. For our little guests 1x travel cot is available with extra mattress without Bettinlett included. In both bedrooms and in the dining area are insect screens. From your underground parking space (No. 02 / entrance height 2.00 m) you can easily reach the apartment with the elevator. Through a slot machine, you can use the communal washing machine and dryer. The house and coin-operated sauna with shower area and rest room wear for a relaxing holiday at. You have brought or borrowed bikes can be parked in a bicycle shed in the green outdoors. Also 1 pet with its own sleeping place is a welcome guest. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 15.00 € per person or supplement by own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.

The apartment is located in the first row on the Baltic beach Baabe in 2016, built in the classic style bathrooms beach Villa Andrea. The comfortable 3-room apartment "MeerZeit" on the ground floor of the attractive Villa Andrea has a beautiful sun terrace (south / east) and a private plot. The view goes over the spa park to the white sandy beach 50 meters away. The entire grounds of the villa Andrea is fenced. The ground floor apartments have their own garden, each with a hedge separated. The share for the apartment extends to 170 square meters in south / east direction to the spa promenade. Your fresh pastries are served opposite the Villa Andrea towards the beach in the café. Through short walks you reach small shops, restaurants and shopping.
