Two modern 3-room NON-SMOKING apartments (1 x ground floor and 1 floor) in a 2004 newly built detached house in a residential area in the OT Neuhof / Heringsdorf. A parking space is available on the property for free (the cars must be behind each other). On the ground floor there is a common room, there is a washing machine and a dryer for a fee of 2.00 € available. A cot and a high chair can be borrowed on request free of charge. Away from the hustle and bustle of the promenade at the entrance to Heringsdorf, just a jump from the nature reserve Gothensee and about 15 minutes walk from the Baltic Sea (about 0.9 km) are our comfortable apartments with charm. The nearest supermarket and bakery are about 10 minutes walk. Two hotels in the area also offer breakfast for guests staying outside. As a partner of the Baltic Sea spa "Usedom" we offer our guests a special service, you get 50% discount on the price of admission to the spa (for all non-discounted rates), when and as often as you feel like bathing and sauna fun. Please note that the spa is closed for maintenance about 14 days each year in January.
