Apartment

The cozy 2-room apartment (hall, kitchen, living room, bedroom, toilet and shower) is located in the middle of the Pankow / Prenzlauer Berg district and is rented to 1 to a maximum of 4 people.

The centrally located and modern 60 m² apartment has been freshly renovated. In the living room there is a sofa with a sleeping function (140x200 cm). The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with new mattresses.

After a nice tour of Berlin you can relax and sleep well, because the apartment is in a quiet area. But you can also conjure up a great dinner through the fully equipped kitchen.

With warm colors and the lovingly coordinated interior, you just have to feel comfortable in the apartment. Underfloor heating and WiFi make your stay even more comfortable.

The apartment also has a modern convection stove, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a TV and a hairdryer.

The entire apartment is newly furnished!

Shopping facilities for self-catering can be reached in just 2 minutes on foot and are open from Mon-Sat: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The center, about 7 km away, can be reached in 20 minutes by public transport. The nearest tram and bus stop are only a 1-minute walk away.


From here it is easy to conquer Berlin without a car. The connection to public transport is very good.

Despite new laws in Berlin - we can continue to rent to you! Please note that in Berlin guests have to pay an additional 5% overnight tax in cash on arrival on site.
