Outside, on this level, there is the large infinity pool with views of Menorca, which can be heated in the colder months by arrangement and extra charge (30 € / day). The huge terraces and covered dining area invite you to linger. You can find comfortable seating in sufficient numbers, and eight comfortable sun loungers. If necessary, an umbrella provides shade.
On the terrace a big Genesis Weber grill is there, where you can cook your own meals at any time with a fantastic view of the sea and in the evening sky.

Upstairs are four bedrooms, all with en suite bathroom. A fifth room is a small living, working, playing or bedroom (additional 2-4 sleeping arrangements in the form of pull-out sofas) are used. All bedrooms have double beds with a width of min. 1.80 m. The bedrooms some with terraces from which the pool is accessed via stairs outdoors.
In the modern equipped bathrooms is spacious shower rooms, one of which is additionally equipped with a bathtub.
From the first floor you reach the roof terrace which offers a fantastic 360 degree views. Here you can in the hot tub or just relax on the comfortable lounge furniture and be enchanted by the unique view.
The house is fully air conditioned and has a heated floor, so that it is open all year for rent.
In the living room, the kitchen and each bedroom has a television in front with all major German TV stations.
