Rabac. The holiday apartment is located on a 1200 sqm open plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 6 cars) is available on the property. Additional parking spaces are located in a small pine forest next to the house on the property.

Shopping 350 m, restaurant 350 m, town centre 350 m. Small shop located in the basement of the house (access from the lower side of the house) and is open every day until 9 PM. In summer: Adriatic 350 m in Rabac (beach 350 m in Rabac with pebbles, rocks, and bathing platforms). Tennis, mini golf, boat rental, boat dock each 300 m in Rabac. Nudist beach 800 m.

Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with gas stove (3 burners), electric stove (1 plate), refrigerator, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and toilet.
