The 60 m² large 3 bedroom apartment located in the basement of the family house and has a separate entrance. The first Bedroom has 2 single beds. The second. Bedroom has a double bed. The spacious living room is the fully equipped kitchenette with 4 plates stove, oven and dishwasher. In addition, in the living room, the sitting area with 4 chairs. Outside the apartment is a small garden house for free and exclusive use with own BBQ. The initial bed linen and towels is included.

The apartment is located in the basement of a detached house of the owner in a quiet location. The sandy white Baltic Sea beach is approximately 150m. In unmiitelbarer close to bus and train connections, as well as shops and restaurants. With little effort, you can reach the Polish seaside resort of Swinoujscie.
