The 80 m² large, bright, beautifully furnished holiday house rosehip is 150 meters from the river Peene in quiet, sunny location on a 520 m² large garden plot. The 2014-built house has a spacious living-dining room, an integrated kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a guest toilet and a storage room. In addition to the high-quality cuisine, the house has a washing machine and entertainment media such as flat screen TV, satellite system, Blue Ray / DVD player and stereo. A stove complements the central heating of the house and also brings in cold weather warmth. In the garden is a great sauna, perfect just in the colder months to relax. Shops are located 3.5 km away and in the summer months in the village. The bus leaves right Quilitz, and the nearest railway station is in 28 km distance. There are a wealth of attractions and things to do in the area.

House:
The living-dining room is furnished with a solid shisham wood dining table, a shaver wood bench and three comfortable chairs, a corner sofa (also suitable for sleeping), a solid acacia coffee table and a brushed light oak wall unit. In the middle of the room there is a stove with three viewing windows. For a toddler a travel cot, a high chair and a changing mat are available, so the house is suitable toddler. The kitchen has a Miele fitted kitchen with cupboards of limed oak. It has next to the stove with a ceramic hob with a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hand mixer with mixer and an electric kitchen scale. The bedrooms each have a white fitted wardrobe, solid oak beds with corresponding desserts and each have a chair. Both rooms have a full length mirror. The rooms upstairs are expanded in finn cottage style typical to the rooftop. The bathroom with underfloor heating offers besides the usual objects a mirror cabinet, a spacious shower, a towel warmer and a washing machine. The floor is tiled in the wet rooms and the hallway. In the other rooms is laminate. Two terraces in southwest and northwest location invite you to stay outdoors, so that the sun can be enjoyed from morning until late evening. On the plot, which has around the house lawns, there is a paved parking area for up to two cars.  In the garden is a great sauna, perfect just in the colder months to relax. The house is a Non smoking home. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
