Apartment

Our house is located near Norden / Norddeich (12 km), in the middle of meadows on the edge of the forest. There is a large playground, a swing and a Kettcar for children.
The next town Hage is in the immediate vicinity and offers all shops including a very well-stocked health food store. It takes around 5 to 7 minutes to cycle through the forest to be in Hage.
The spa center Hage-Berum is approx. 2 km, the golf course Lütetsburg 5 km away.
North (10 km), Emden (35 km) and Aurich (25 km) and the East Frisian Islands are within easy reach.

The apartment is located in the front part of a small country house, the rear part, the former barn, we live in. We are my husband and I; East Frisians who have returned home after many years.
On the ground floor of the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob with two hobs and oven, a living area with TV and radio, a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 m) and. Cot and the shower room with sink and toilet.
A rather steep staircase leads to the top floor: there are two small rooms, the rear room with two single beds can be reached through the front room, in which there is a bed and a table with chairs.
Towels are provided, bed linen can be brought or borrowed from us, then the rental price will add a € 12 rental fee per bed, which is payable in cash on site.

Berumbur is a climatic health resort, the municipality charges a spa contribution of 1.80 € / day per adult from March 15th to October 31st, which must be paid in cash on site.
Children and adolescents up to 18 years are free.
Beaches in Dornumersiel and Neßmersiel are free,
Outdoor, indoor swimming pool and sauna in the spa center Hage / Berum and some ferry connections to the islands are reduced.
