Apartment

The thatched cottage over three floors is located on the southern slope of Gothensee in a quiet location and offers partial views of the Gothensee. A supermarket and a bakery are about 500 meters away. The train station and a bus stop are also removed about 500 m. To fine sandy Baltic Sea beach they go about 25 minutes. Some bicycles are available on request from the landlord.

House:
The non-smoking holiday home over three floors was built in the southern slope of the Gothensee and is 120m² in size. The spacious living room is located on the south side of the ground floor (north side in the basement) and is equipped with an open kitchenette (ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher). On this floor there is an additional toilet. From the living room you can reach the furnished terrace with barbecue and the garden with sunbathing area. On the north side (courtyard side) is the entrance to the house. On this floor there are 2 bedrooms, as well as two modern shower rooms with toilet and underfloor heating. A staircase leads to the attic with two more bedrooms. Three of the four bedrooms have double beds and the fourth bedroom has two single beds - some with views of the Gothensee. Electric parking. From 4 nights bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. For stays of 1 to 3 nights please bring your own. Breakfast can be booked on request for a fee (6, - € per person, children up to 10 years 3,00 €). Since the house is over 3 floors, it is unsuitable for the disabled.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
