August 2019, the municipality intends to renew the Delbrückstraße, from this point on is expected to affect the access to the property. Possible temporary noise disturbances can not be excluded.

The villa is located on the beach promenade Heringsdorf (direct access possible), in a park-like area, about 400 m from the pier Heringsdorf and less than 100m from the sandy beach.
