Up to 6 people find their place in the spacious living / dining area with 2 armchairs and 1 three-seater. From here you have access to the balcony. In the living room there is a flat screen TV, DVD player, board games and a radio. There is an extendable table in the dining area. In the open kitchen next to the dining area you will find: 2-ring electric stove, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. The friendly bedroom has a double bed (2x90x200cm) with an elevated entry and large wardrobe. In the lovingly furnished children's room you will find 2 bunk beds (each 90x200cm). Blinds can darken the bedrooms. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer. The apartment has a balcony (west-facing) with garden furniture for 6 people. There is 1 free parking space (unlimited height) available for the apartment. The bikes have bike racks. You can easily reach the apartment via an elevator. The apartment is barrier-free and suitable for allergy sufferers (tiles with a beautiful wood look). Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is centrally located on Hermannstrasse in Kühlungsborn-West. In the immediate vicinity you will find many shops, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, medical practices, bike rentals. The beautiful sandy beach, concert garden, colonnades, ice rink or Baltic Square can be reached in 3 minutes on foot.
