The barrier-free apartment on the ground floor with balcony is located in a quiet and direct beach location and has a bedroom (double bed), a second bedroom (2x single beds), a living room with complete kitchenette (dishwasher, 2-ring ceramic hob, dishes, etc.) with dining table and chairs and shower / WC. The entire apartment is equipped with high quality, bright furniture (as well as TV and radio), parquet floor and barrier-free. Elevator in the house. A communal covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. In the cellar on request, a lounge with table tennis available. FW with 63 sqm. The final cleaning and the initial bed linen and towels are included.

The Red Cross Retreat House (kl. Apartment house), in exclusive and quiet beach location, is equipped with eight barrier-free apartments. The house was opened in May of 2003. Parking space is available with 3,60 € / day. A cot and high chair is available on request.

Washer and dryer are available for common use in the object. A ping-pong table can also be used on request.

Wi-Fi is available in the basement in the public area.

From a minimum of 10 people breakfast can be offered. (Chargeable) As a partner of the Baltic Sea spa "Usedom" we offer our guests a special service, you get 50% off the entrance fee in the spa (for all non-discounted rates), when and as often you feel like bathing and sauna fun to have. Please note that the spa will be closed 14 days in January for maintenance every year.
