The individually furnished 3 bedroom apartment (59 square meters) in the annexe (Ostseevilla garden shed; left) goes over two floors (ground floor entrance via stairs to the first Floor) and has a separate entrance. On the ground floor is the living room (tiled) with cable TV, radio with CD player, a chest of drawers, couch seating with coffee table, a pull-out sofa bed, a dining table with 4 chairs, a closed fireplace and a full kitchenette (with 4 Pl. Ceramic hob, Oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, dishes etc.). The apartment has a covered terrace with seating and views of the courtyard.
