The family-friendly holiday home Sonneneck in Karlshagen (about 60 square meters and with underfloor heating) on two floors is on the ground floor with combined living./ Dining room with modern, open kitchen equipped with a 4 ring ceramic hob, a microwave, an oven, a fridge / freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, various cooking utensils and crockery. The living area for 4 persons is equipped with satellite TV and DVD player. The adjoining sunny terrace with table, 4 chairs, parasol and barbecue invites you to extensive breakfast and linger. A separate toilet and utility room with a washing machine and drying rack are also located on the ground floor. The upper floor has two bedrooms (1 x double bed with one-piece mattress: 1.40 x 2.00 m, 1 x two single beds: 0.90 x 2.00 m each - a bed per 4-Jahreszeitenbettdecke and a pillow -) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. A hairdryer is available for use. A children's toilet seat and a children's step stool can be provided free of charge on request. An additional travel cot with extra mattress is for once € 10.00 and a high chair is for a single € 5.00 bookable. The upper floor can be secured by a stair gate. All sockets are child-friendly. The initial equipment, bed linen and towels, can for 17.50 Eur / p. P. to be booked. Child linen is not provided. Upon arrival, a deposit of 100, - € and a tourist tax is charged on the spot by the administrator.

The modern and tastefully furnished holiday home "Sonneneck" Karl Hagen (built in 2013) in the complex Am Hasenwinkel is 120 m² (divided into 2 units for 4 people) and has 500 m² fenced garden .In conjunction with a holiday apartment you have the following each Available: • a large sunny play and sunbathing area with swing and sandpit • one barbecue each • a storage shed (in the garden, lockable) • bicycle racks • a large laundry behind the house • underfloor heating in all rooms • one free parking space the property • Additional costs for electricity, heating and water are not responsible for the cleaning of the apartment during your stay you are responsible. On the day of departure, the apartment is swept clean. We provide you with the necessary equipment. The cost of the final cleaning is 65,00 €. An initial supply of filter bags, tabs, detergents and toilet paper is available, you also do not need to bring salt and pepper. Of course you can get everything else quickly in the local supermarkets, which are also open on Sundays in the main season.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
