Our charming holiday accommodation can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children in three cozy bedrooms. Casa Tieta is located in a quiet residential area of Can Picafort, away from hotels and bars, making it the perfect choice for families with children.

The spacious dining and living area is equipped with a modern open kitchen and can accommodate up to 6 people. Here you will find satellite TV and free WiFi to make your stay even more pleasant.

The crowning glory of your holiday at Casa Tieta is undoubtedly the spacious roof terrace.Here you will find a dining table for convivial meals outdoors as well as comfortable sun loungers that invite you to relax. We've thought of everything to make your stay comfortable, including an extensive selection of kitchen, bathroom and beach towels. If you are traveling with small children, we will be happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge.

The main tenant must be at least 23 years old.

The holiday accommodation booked is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).

In addition, the Ecotasa fee is charged to all travelers aged 16 and over.

It is €2.00 per night per person for the first 8 nights, and €1.00 thereafter. (plus 10% VAT.)
