Welcome to the holiday home page of the Matuschek family in Spain in La Marina!
"Casa Salamandra" - detached house with private pool, air conditioning, electric heating and pellet stove
2 bedrooms, completely enclosed property, separate toilet, private pool 3x5m
The 65 m² detached holiday home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with adjoining private park, but still centrally located to the centre of La Marina. In the village centre you will find a doctor, shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, pizzeria, cocktail bar, wine tasting, tapas bar etc..
The house is ideal for families: a living room with satellite TV (German reception), two bedrooms, a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a shower room and a guest toilet. Outdoor terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, outdoor shower. The beach is about 3 km away, kilometres long and very wide, with tapas bar and beach bar. Behind it there are green dunes and pine forests. The beach is easy to reach by bicycle (rental available in the village). Car parking is available on the property.
The house has free internet access.
Only the electricity charges are billed separately by the house administration on site. 5 KWh per day are free - every further KWh will be charged. The electricity price is currently 30 cents per kWh. However, this may change due to the current situation. If the price will increase, then we will charge the electricity supplier's price per KWh valid during the rental period.
Long-term tenants (over one month) receive reduced prices during the winter season.
By the way: The house is a non-smoking house! Pets are unfortunately not allowed!
