The apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa from 1908. From the entrance area with a hallway (oak parquet) the kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom go off. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a small family needs. Electric stove with oven, refrigerator, freezer with 2 compartments, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine with dryer, plate cups and everything you would expect in a kitchen, but no microwave.
The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower with a bench, there is also a bathtub, a hand wash basin and a toilet. The living room and bedroom are connected by a large, massive, two-part sliding door. Unless otherwise agreed, the apartment can be occupied from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be swept up to the landlord by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
