The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Crikvenica. The holiday flat is located on an open plot. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally, but uses a separate entrance. Holiday flats CRI CRI 690 (6 persons), CRI CRI 691 (6 persons), CRI CRI 692 (6 persons) and CRI CRI 694 (6 persons) are located in the same house. Access is via a road (asphalted). Parking (for 7 cars) on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from the end of May to the beginning of October, 3 m x 8 m, 1.30 m deep).

Kitchenette in the living kitchen with electric cooker (ceramic hob), extractor hood, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
