The beach is only 50 meters away.  100 meters from the property is the stop of the Kaiserbäder bus line.

Apartment 17:
The comfortable, carpeted 3 room non-smoking apartment on the 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms (1x with double bed and 1x with 2 single beds). In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, which can be used as a sofa bed. The kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator well equipped with frozen opportunity. The apartment also has a daylight bath with shower / WC. From the adjacent south / west balcony you have a wonderful view of the park. A car parking space on the fenced property is at your disposal.
