Spacious and completely newly built holiday home over two floors with garden and terrace The holiday home Seestern is located in a newly built holiday home area directly at the Thülsfeld dam (approx. 300 m to the beach). The house was only completed in mid-2016 and offers space for up to six people on 120 m² of living space. Awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association. The house has six beds in four bedrooms (two double rooms (one double bed with the dimensions 1.80 mx 2.00 m), two single rooms (one bed with the dimensions 1.40 mx 2.00 m or 0 , 90 mx 2.00 m)). If necessary, a baby bed can be provided. There are also two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. These are each equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. A washing machine and a clothes horse are also available. The open living and dining area is equipped with a modern kitchenette (electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster) and a dining table for six people. If required, a high chair is provided. There is also a sofa in the living and dining area, a fireplace, a flat-screen TV and a Wii game console. Another flat screen TV is upstairs, in the double bedroom. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating and WiFi. Likewise, the entire house with external shutters and z. T. also equipped pleated blinds. In the garden there is a grill as well as children's play equipment (slide, swings and children's chain car). The holiday home Strandperle is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. The next larger town with shopping and nightlife, an outdoor pool, etc. is about 5 km away. It is about 300 m to a bathing beach, which you can easily walk. Arrival from 3 p.m. Departure until 10 a.m.
