Cozy finca in a quiet location, about 1 km from Santanyí. The idyllic beach of Cala Mondragó is only a 10-minute drive on a well-paved path.
The front terrace leads to the spacious and attractive living-dining room with the open kitchen. The living area is equipped with a fireplace, sofas and satellite TV, the dining area with a solid wooden table and 6 chairs. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a 5-burner gas stove, electric oven, combination fridge, dishwasher, microwave and much more. In the back of the house there is a bedroom with two single beds, a shower room with double washbasin and another living area with a view of the pool and exit to the rear terrace. A staircase leads down to the basement. There is a bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds each and another shower room with double washbasin. All bedrooms in the basement have windows in the upper wall area and can be well ventilated.
The front porch is furnished with a large table and 8 wicker chairs. Not far from there is a large brick grill. The rear terrace is also furnished with two metal tables with glass top and 8 matching chairs. They also have a ramp. From here you have direct access to the 5 x 10m pool, surrounded by a stone slab terrace and lawn. In this part of the garden there is also a brick grill. A total of 8 deck chairs are available to enjoy the sun. Two umbrellas provide the necessary shade. There is an extra shower room, which also contains the washing machine. Both the garden and the pool are illuminated. The approximately 2,500m2 plot is completely surrounded by a beautiful stone wall.
