The cozy 2-bedroom apartment (Non smoking) is located in the modern wing of the Villa Vineta in. 1 Upstairs. The apartment is equipped with a floor covering in wood design and bright living room furniture. With its approximately 56 square meters, the apartment offers enough space for 2 to 4 people. The living area is a high quality sofa bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m, extra bed for 3./4. Person) with coffee table, small sideboard with LCD TV with HD quality, DVD player and a mini-stereo system with CD player rounded. On an Internet connection (WLAN), you do not need to do without. This is included for you. The cozy dining area with 4 chairs adapts to the living area. From here you can reach the partially covered and furnished south-facing balcony from which you have a sea view towards the south beach and the peninsula Mönchgut. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and various kitchen utensils. The quiet north facing bedroom has a double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m) with adjustable bed bases, bedside tables and a wardrobe. A travel cot can be placed here. The bedroom and the living area are provided with Verdunklungsplissees. The tiled bathroom has a vanity, hair dryer, toilet and shower. A parking space (No. 12) belongs to the apartment and is located behind the house. 1x high chair and 1x travel cot (without extra mattress, without Bettinlett) are included for our younger guests. For your borrowed or brought bikes you have a bike rack and a bicycle storage available. 1 pet is a welcome guest. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 15.00 € per person or supplement by own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.
